November TBR

November is Here! I was in such a bad reading slump for the majority of October. I really really struggled to get into any book and that meant I have become really behind on my ARCs. However, November is NaNoWriMo! I have really made no Secret that I intend on participating and writing my Fantasy heist novel. So I am not setting myself a big TBR this month instead I am focusing on the few ARCs I need to read and only them.

The Burning God

R F Kuang

The Poppy War #3

eARC

I have been looking forward to this one. I have really enjoyed this series and I am really looking forward to seeing how it finishes. I know it is going to ruin me. This whole series has been such an interesting read and I have really enjoyed reading them.

The BetrayalsA

Bridget Collins

eARC

I loved the Bridget Collins’ debut The Binding. It was so weird and wonderful with with that hint of magic I really loved it and I am really hoping that this has the same weird and wonderful yet delicate and purple prose. I have heard great things from those that have already read it.

The Cousins

Karen M. McManus

ARC, The Write Reads Blog Tour

When the ARC for this landed on my doorstop I was Shocked at how gorgeous the ARC was. It has such a gorgeous yet dramatic cover. I love McManus’ Writing her mysteries are always really exciting with great twists and turns. I am really excited to get started with this as It was a YA mystery that broke my slump. I am really excited for this tour.

So that is my rather simple TBR for November. I will hopefully have reviews for these out in time for their release but I will be prioritising my own writing. If I do get them finished I am hoping to squeeze in a couple of ARCs i didnt manage to finish in October.

I would love to chat all things bookish with you! You can comment down below or find me on Twitter or Goodreads!

Happy Reading!

  1. I still gotta read The Binding. It’s on my tbr but I don’t know when I will get to it.
And yay for the Cousins. It’s gonna be my first Karen McManus book and I’m actually quite curious about it. 🙂
    Happy reading!
