I am devouring this book. It has such an interesting plot with lots twists and turns. It is told through a series of unreliable narrators that just draw you in to this locked room mystery. The pacing is fantastic and I just want to keep reading…

I have just read the first section on this and I am very intrigued. The set up is very interesting, I am very keen to learn more about ‘Gallant’ and how the house played a role in our MC’s family history.

Why of why did I wait so long to finish this book. I started it years ago, but never got past the first few chapters and I am so glad I have now! I really enjoyed this book. It has so much intricate world building, great characters and an interesting plot. I might treat myself to book two soon.

I loved book one in this series it was one of my favourite books in 2021 so I jumped at the chance to get to read the second book in the series. I am really excited to find out how Ropa’s magical studies are going, of getting to know more about Priya and the dark dystopian yet magical Edinburgh.
