After the hectic past two weeks of packing, moving and unpacking all of our worldly positions in our new home, we are finally getting settled. My bookshelves are fully assembled and I can get back to Reading.
This month I am hoping to have a bit of a relaxed month just reading what I am in the mood for. So as usual I am not posing a full ten book TBR, instead I am going to talk about some books I hope to find some time for, but I wont be holding myself to it.
My TBR
FAIRYLOOT

I am actually going to read one of my Fairyloot books this month! Yes I will. As you may or may not know My husband, Euan, has a gaming website/podcast GameEngineStart and that means my house will be buzzing with all the E3 conference news in Early June.
But Fi, what does this have to do with your Fairyloot TBR? It has become traditional for me to read the works of Stephanie Garber during this time of year and this year will see me closing of the Caraval series by reading Finale. I received the amazing Finale special edition Fairyloot box with this in mind and I will be diving into it while the boys discuss videogames.
EARCS
I dont have too many eARCs for June so I would like to try and get ahead of my backlog and read a few over the month.

The Red Labyrinth
Meredith Tate
Released June 4th
I am a little behind on this one as I started it while moving and haven’t had a chance to finish it yet but so far it is intriguing. I am hoping to buckle down and finish it in the next couple of days and have my review up ASAP.

Almost Adult
Ali Pantony
Release date: June 24th
I am not usually one for contemporary romance fiction, but the premise of this just sung out to me. I am so happy to see work focused on the young professional trying to get their shit together that I just had to request it.

The Book Knights
J.G. McKenney
Release date: 4th July
The title just says it all. An Arthurian retelling where reading is outlawed, librarians and wizards and the army wields words instead of swords. SOLD!!! I am ready to get lost in this world.
New Releases

The October Man
Ben Aaronovitch
Release date: June 13th
A new novella within the River’s of London series, Arronovich is spoiling me. This one is changing direction and taking us to Germany and i cant wait to read this. I am traveling to London the day of release so I am hoping I can pick it up and devouring it on the plane!

Shadow and Flame
Mindee Arnett
I received Onyx and Ivory in a Fairyloot last year and it was one of my favuorite reads of the year. I have this one on pre-order and I am hoping I can get to it as soon as I have finished
Off My bookshelves
I am trying to keep up with the books on my shelves and May I hauled some of my most anticipated reads of the year and I haven’t got to them!

Queenslayer
Sebasitian DeCastell
I have talked about this book left, right and centre and I just couldnt make time for it in May. I didnt get my gorgeous signed edition until the 23rd and that was the day I moved so I will just have to get to it asap.

Aurora Rising
Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
I got the May Illumicrate with the special edition of this, while I was disappointed in the box as I only received half the items and I have yet to hear about receiving replacements other than an initial email from customer services. I am very much looking forward to this book. I loved the previous collaboration, the Illuminae files, and i am hoping this one will be just as awesome!
Mood Reading
I am also going to leave the last two slots on my ten book TBR blank to allow me to mood read. I feel its important now and again to just let myself dive head first into the book I am feeling like reading at the time even at the expense on my TBR.
I am so happy to be back to blogging! I have a lot of reviews and chats to catch up on.
