Last year I did this in the middle of November but because of my hiatus it got overlooked, so I am catching up now. This tag was first created by Ariel Bissett.
Questions
ARE THERE ANY BOOKS YOU STARTED THIS YEAR THAT YOU NEED TO FINISH?
Oh so many – but the main ones would have to be Starless sea by Erin Morgenstern, which I started in November, Darkdawn by Jay Kristoff which I started in October but put down to write and The Library of the Unbroken by A. J. Hackworth.
DO YOU HAVE AN AUTUMNAL BOOK TO TRANSITION INTO THE END OF THE YEAR?
Not really I tend to find a gravitate towards longer books in the colder months as I don’t feel so bad about curling up and reading. I seem to be drawn to sci-fi this year based on my October and November reading. We will see what December holds.
IS THERE A NEW RELEASE YOU’RE STILL WAITING FOR?
Not this late the year. There is the December Fairyloot but I am not going to speculate what the book is at the moment. We are being treated to two books this month, one a new release and one an Arc for March 2020. I will be doing an unboxing post when it arrives for those that are interested.
WHAT ARE THREE BOOKS YOU WANT TO READ BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR?
I don’t just have a list of three I have a list of 20! Which can be found in my December TBR post but If I had to pick three that I have not mentioned before I will have to pick Angel Mage by Garth Nix, Crownbreaker by Sebastian de Castell and Starsight by Brandon Sanderson.
IS THERE A BOOK YOU THINK COULD STILL SHOCK YOU AND BECOME YOUR FAVOURITE BOOK OF THE YEAR?

I am going to be honest and say that the Starless sea will most likely be one of the highest rated books I will read this year. But I also think Angel Mage by Garth Nix will be very high up as well.
HAVE YOU ALREADY STARTED MAKING READING PLANS FOR 2020?
Yes, I will be doing a series of posts on them in the run up to the New year. But I am aiming to do more writing in 2020 so my reading goals will not be as bold as they were in 2019.
I tag you if you have not already done this tag! What books are you hoping to read in this last month of the year? Are there any books coming out soon that I have missed? Have you started planning for 2020?
I would love to chat all things bookish with you! You can comment down below or find me on Twitter or Goodreads!
