WWW Wednesday – 29/12/2021

Happy Wednesday!

The last Wednesday of 2021! I will admit I smashed my goal of 100 book read in 2021. Currently I am sitting at 148 books with two books I am currently in the middle of. I have just under 3 days to finish them to meet 150% of my target!

Its that time of the Week again! WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme that was revived by Taking on a World of Words. I like it cause it is fairly simple but allows me to check in with my reading but also with you!

WWW Wednesday asks just three questions:

The Wolf and the Woodsman
Ava Read

I am still working on this one, I am enjoying the world building and all the eastern European folklore but I am finding the over all plot a little dull. It is a straightforward enemies to lovers plot at my current position and it isn’t working for me, I am hoping it picks up a little.

Where the Drowned Girls Go
Seanan McGuire

I have started my 2022 ARCs! This one is out super early in the year. I love this series so much. We are back in Eleanor West’s Home for Wayward Children this time with Cora, but she isn’t as happy with her situation any more. I am really enjoying this one so far.

Even Greater Mistakes
Charlie Jane Anders

I really liked this anthology. Like all anthologies it has stories you love and others that miss the mark a little but Overall I really liked the collection. It had a little bit of everything some funny, some sweet, some emotional. I will have my review up in the new year!

I don’t think I will be reading anything else this year but I have some plans for the new year! So keep an eye out for my 2022 goals and my reading plans.

So that is my WWW post for this week. I will see you next Wednesday to update you. What are you reading this week? Have you finished anything lately you loved?

I would love to chat all things bookish with you! You can comment down below or find me on Twitter or Goodreads!

Happy Reading!
