Happy Wednesday!
Unfortunately lately I had to take some unforeseen time away from the blog. Life got a little hectic and I had to dedicate time that I would usually dedicate to writing reviews etc to other things. Its not the way I wanted to start out the new year but it couldn’t be helped so now I have to plan to catch up with all my January ARC reviews.
However, to start, its that time of the Week again! WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme that was revived by Taking on a World of Words. I like it cause it is fairly simple but allows me to check in with my reading but also with you!
WWW Wednesday asks just three questions:
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?
WHAT BOOK HAVE YOU RECENTLY FINISHED?
WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU WILL READ NEXT?

The Second Stranger
Martin Griffin
eARC
I really am in a real mystery thriller vibe recently so I am enjoying this so far. I am still in the general set-up phase of the book but I am loving the Highland’s hotel snowed in vibes. It is suiting the cold snap we have had here in Scotland. I am hoping there will be a good few twists in this one.

Daisy Darker
Alice Feeney
12 Thriller of 2023/ Buddy Read
I really enjoyed the first half of this book. It was really intriguing and well written however it went a little down hill for me. I had predicted the ending quite early, as I am a huge fan of Agatha Christies and then they were none It was just predictable as to what the red herrings were. But overall it was still an engaging read. I will have my full review up soon.

The Murder Game
Tom Hindle
eARC
Can you tell I am in a mystery thriller mood? I really enjoyed Tom Hindle’s Debut A Fatal Crossing. I am hoping that this one, which is a 1920’s country house murder mystery party gone wrong, will also be exciting. However a fear I might be about to read another And Then There Were None book.
So that is my WWW post for this week. I will see you next Wednesday to update you. What are you reading this week? Have you finished anything lately you loved?
I would love to chat all things bookish with you! You can comment down below or find me on Twitter or Goodreads!
Happy Reading!
