Its been a couple of months of not getting to read very much. So, with the holidays coming up and my work closing its doors early this year I am being ambitious and setting a large TBR for all the free time.
I have decided to double my usual 10 book TBR and set a
20 Book TBR
I am hoping to finish the top 20 books on the top of my TBR pile before 2020 sneaks up on me. Most of these were highly anticipated books, or ARCs I just didn’t have time for during such a busy year. I am hoping to mix sitting snuggled up reading with listening to audiobooks while I decorate the house, cook all the goodies for Christmas day and wrap the presents for all my friends and family. I am looking forward to a fun month.
My TBR
My First ten are:
Darkdawn – Jay Kristoff
Ninth House -Leigh Bardugo
Crown Breaker – Sebastian de Castell
Angel Mage – Garth Nix
Vicious – V.E. Schwab
The Priory of the Orange tree – Samantha Shannon
The Girl in Red – Christina Henry
The Dragon Republic – R.F Kuang
The Library of the Unwritten – A.J Hackwith
The Starless Sea – Erin Morgenstern
The last batch of ten are:
A Second Chance – Jodi Taylor
Girls of Paper and Fire – Natasha Ngan
Girls of Shadow and Storm – Natasha Ngan
The Beautiful – Renee Ahdieh
Blood Heir – Amelie Wen Zhao
Starsight – Brandon Sanderson
Gideon the Ninth – Tamsyn Muir
A Cathedral of Myth and Bone – Kat Howard
Into the Crooked Place – Alexandra Christo
Aurora Rising – Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
I am hoping I will definitely finish the first set of ten and I can make a start on completing the second ten. It also gives me a lot to choose from in the Magical readathon. I also have a good mix available on audiobook so I can dive in and out of them. I am just looking forward to a fun month.
have you read any of these? should I move any to the top of my TBR? What are you reading this month?
I would love to know either down in the comments, on Goodreads or on Twitter.
Happy Reading!
I think you have your work cut out for you, but its only 5 books a week! Let’s hope you get lots of snow so you have a good excuse to stay in and read.

Thank you, already started a good few books. We usually donโt get snow until Feb/March here in Edinburgh but it would be nice if it was a white Christmas and I could just snuggle up and read.
