I have a bit of a different post for you today that contains a number of announcements and so redesigns.
Those that visit my blog often will have noticed a new Menu on the widget bar! I now have pages for all my ongoing blog projects to keep track of how they are going, and give you a quick overview of reviews etc associated with those projects.
So what are these current projects?
Currently I have two ongoing projects and Two that I am officially re-launching today. My two ongoing projects are:
In the Shadowhunter Saturday series myself and Ellie from Read to Ramble have been working our way through the Shadowhunter universe reading all the books in Cassandra Claires suggested order. We are soon to be joined by Erika from And on she Reads and we are really excited to welcome her to the discussion and gossip.
This is a personal challenge I set myself at the start of the year to work my way through some Classics I have been putting off for far two long. So far so good I have been tackling one a month but I might have to up my tempo if I want to get to them all.
Announcing the Re-launch of …
I recently joined a buddy read for my favourite Christie read so far – The Murder of Rodger Ackroyd – and It made me want to re-lauch and refocus my aim to read all of Chrisite’s mysteries. The same group have started working there way through the Poirot series and I thought that is the perfect excuser to relaunch this project and give it a bit more love an attention.
Thoughts while Reading
The Page for this project will be launching later today but this was an old series, previously called ‘Thoughts while Re-Reading’ where I read through the Spellslinger series by Sebastian De Castell giving you both my review of the series I started before my blogging days and then some of my spoiler thoughts along the way! I will be linking to my re-reads of spell slinger but I am also starting a new series called.
Fridays at the Folly
Fridays at the Folly will come under the umbrella of Thoughts while reading as I will be re-reading one of my favourite series of all time, The Rivers of London by Ben Aaronovich. I am again currently buddy reading these books with the Write Reads Gang and as we finish each book I will be updating my thoughts. The page for Fridays at the Folly will go live later today with the reading order I will be posting etc. If you want to follow along.
So those are my New and continuing blog projects. Let me know if there are any series you think I should add to thoughts while reading? Are there any Challenges you are setting yourself this year?
