WWW Weekly reading update

Happy Thursday!

Yes this usually goes live on a Wednesday but due to intermittent internet outages yesterday I decided to delay my post till today.

Its that time of the Week again! WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme that was revived by Taking on a World of Words. I like it cause it is fairly simple but allows me to check in with my reading but also with you!

WWW Wednesday asks just three questions:

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING?

WHAT BOOK HAVE YOU RECENTLY FINISHED?

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU WILL READ NEXT?

Horseman
Christina Henry

Ok I just started reading this morning and I am already hooked. I love Christina Henry’s writing and I absolutely adore her dark horror retellings and the twists she puts into classic tales. This one tackles the Legends of Sleepy Hollow and I really think it is the perfect in the lead up to spooky season. Today is a little gloomy so I am looking forward to curling up with this tonight with a blanket at cat and a hot drink to really start feeling those autumnal vibes.

Lord Edgeware Dies
Agatha Christie

Hercule Poirot #8

Agatha Christie Project

I have been in such a mystery mood this month. I don’t know why but the only books I have really been invested in and actually finishing are Agatha Christies. I think there is something about the nights drawing in that just makes me want to read a good detective story (recommendations very welcome). i have slowly been working my way through all 66 of Christies mysteries and this month will surely make a dent in them. This was also a buddy read and I am looking forward to chatting about it at the end of the month.

The Hawthorne Legacy
Jennifer Lynn Barnes

AudioARC

The Inheritance Games #2
My review of book 1 – The Inheritance Games

This has perfect timing. I was on the hunt for a new audiobook to while I work. Again being in such mood for a mystery I really wanted to find a good mystery book to keep my attention. Then I opened my email to find a code for this beauty! I loved the first book in the series and I am really excited to start this one.

So that is my WWW post for this week. I will see you next Wednesday to update you. What are you reading this week? Have you finished anything lately you loved?

I would love to chat all things bookish with you! You can comment down below or find me on Twitter or Goodreads!

Happy Reading!
