WWW Wednesday – 25/5/22

Happy Wednesday!

Its that time of the Week again! WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme that was revived by Taking on a World of Words. I like it cause it is fairly simple but allows me to check in with my reading but also with you!

WWW Wednesday asks just three questions:

The Theif
Megan Whalen Turner

The Queen’s Thief #1

I don’t know why I didn’t start this series sooner. I am loving this book! I am loving to hate Gen at the moment, he is so cocky and sassy and I am really enjoying it. I am glad the re-release has finally got me to pick up these books.

Dumb Witness
Agatha Christmas

Hercule Poirot #17

Still working through the works of Agatha Christie and I am on to book 17. this was a really interesting case for Poirot with lots of red herrings and twists before the big reveal. I also really liked we get a little insight into the doggy thoughts of Bob who plays a fun role in this mystery.

Ink and Sigil
Kevin Hearne

Ink and Sigil #1

I have been in a real Urban Fantasy / Mystery kick since I broke my reading slump so I am going to keep indulging in those books on my shelves. I think this one is going to be particularly interesting as it is set in Glasgow which is my hometown.

So that is my WWW post for this week. I will see you next Wednesday to update you. What are you reading this week? Have you finished anything lately you loved?

I would love to chat all things bookish with you! You can comment down below or find me on Twitter or Goodreads!

Happy Reading!

  1. Have you read Kevin Hearne’s first series? It’s a long, long, long one but it’s SO good. Ink and Sigil is on my TBR, too, but it’s pretty far down. HOWEVER, my husband has read it and really enjoyed it!
