Over December I saw a number of people posting either 12 backlist books or 12 TBR books picked by friends and I decided I wanted to do something similar. 2022 saw me reading a lot more Crime, Mystery and Thiller books than I have in previous years. While I have always loved a bit of mystery/crime reading I found myself reaching for them more and more last year and I wanted to lean into that with this challenge. So I looked at my shelves but also reached out to some bookish friends and have picked 12 Mystery/Thriller.
If by chance I manage to finish all 12 before the end of the year I might try to expand this to 23 Thrillers for 2023!
